I don't mean to sound weird but when I see my favourite brand,

Evil Twin, have just released a new collection I get giddy.

There's something so profoundly wonderful and offbeat about Evil

Twin that I haven't found another label to match it, and oh so affordable!

I realise I've neglected you all of late and I though what better way to 

make it up to you than by showing the lovely clothes Evil Twin has

to offer? I will update you on my shenanigans, but bare with me

during this hectic time of my life.

Funny how what is normally a blissful easy time (holidays) 

aren't quite to easy.

One of my favourite things about music is being able to get completely
lost in another world. To close your eyes and be someone else, somewhere else
and not have a care in the world. Flight Facilities are just the band to do this
for me. First with their track "Crave You" and now with "Clair De Lune" below.
So click play, enjoy and get lost in another world.

I don't know about you guys but I find that there are so many knick-knacks in todays

world that it's hard to decipher between what you need and don't need. As a result

I end up with a large bag banging on my waist chock full of useless junk. 

Now, I don't actually need any of these things but I always feel strange carrying 

an empty(ish) bag. That's when I discovered falconwright, a wonderful little 

brand that specialises in the perfect sized clutches and bags. Not only are they the 

right size to fit in just what you need, and only that, but they come in unique prints

and at reasonable prices. The bags are so sweet I've even been tempted to try my hand at

clutch making. So I think it's time you emptied your bag and moved on. 

  

The Horticulturalist

For a little while now I've been following The SS Blog with a passion. 

Each post inspires me to make my blog better. As soon as I saw their new

shoot, The Horticulturalist, I was smitten. Come spring time every one dons

floral dresses, flowers and pastel colours and has a predictable shoot prancing

around in the garden, as much as I love them this shoot was a welcome change.

I feel terrible for neglecting you all for as long as I have, but it is for a legitimate 

reason. I have been slaving away day and night to finish all of my university assignments.

But good news, I'm finished! So luckily for me that means four months of utter freedom.

And for you guys a whole tonne of wonderful posts coming your way. 

Here's a lovely little jewellery brand I've been meaning to tell you about. With its minimalist

charm I was easily sent swooning. Dear Rae celebrates natural metals and simplistic lines

and as a result look wonderful on your fingers. The trio hail from Cape Town, so it's

great to see something come from the other side of the world for once.
